Manual vs AUTOMATIC - WHICH LICENCE SHOULD I CHOOSE ?
The decision of whether to choose a manual or automatic licence is a personal one, and there’s no right answer-everyone is different! Neither is ”better” as such, but there are a few considerations that you might like to think about:
- Restrictions on automatic licence – with an automatic licence, you can only drive cars with an automatic transmission, but with a full licence you’ll be able to drive both automatic and manual cars
- Ease of learning – many people find automatic cars easier to drive, which can be beneficial in a learning
- The car you’ll drive when you’re licensed – initial costs and upkeep vary between manual and automatic cars. Knowing which car type appeals more to you will help you decide which licence type you want.
